What To Expect:

We work with a small number of individuals in a format that fits their schedule, combining in-person, remote, and asynchronous sessions. Each client has a lead adviser from our team. That lead adviser adds relevant Envoy experts and creatives as we upgrade critical skills, enhance professional networks, and develop personal brand influence.

Getting Started:

We start with a session to identify goals and desired outcomes, then mutually determine an approach and timeline for achieving them.

Heads-Up:

This is not make-you-feel-better-about-life coaching. These are working sessions aimed at moving forward, changing situations, and making a greater impact. Expect confidentiality, raw honesty, laughter, frustration, and an occasional rough session as we navigate forward.

Fees:

Executive coaching is included as part of an Envoy Subscription, or can be billed as a discreet item.
